Appraisal assignments have included single family residential; multi-family to include small

unit types and 300+ unit apartment communities; hotel, motels; commercial, including 

multi-story, investment grade office towers; retail such as big box stores, neighborhood and 

community retail shopping centers; owner-occupied commercial and retail; restaurants.

 

Industrial properties including investment grade & large manufacturing plants, single own-
er-occupant and multiple occupant investment office/warehouse and self-storage facilities; 

health care--medical/dental office properties; bank branches; large estate holdings, 

right-of-way & vacant land.

 

Special purpose properties such as golf courses, churches, historical properties, municipal 

school building properties, car washes, quick lube facilities, day care centers, gasoline conve-
nience stores; automobile dealerships; over-the-road truck dealerships and truck service, truck 

stops; farm/ agricultural properties.
